Animal Reiki Healing  £40 per session (discount on block booking)

Just like Reiki given to people, Reiki energy is offered to the animal (I will refer to them as animals as they may not be a pet, all animals can have Reiki) although it can be more involved due to the obvious communication issues, however, animals are more aware of energy and have a built in understanding and use it daily to determine friend or foe.

Why Offer Reiki to Animals

Animals suffer illness and health conditions just like we do, they can be injured, have age related issues and mental issues that can lead to behavioural problems.

• It can be given hands on, hands off, or even by distance

• Your animal can receive its healing in its own home

• Compliments veterinary care

• Your animal is always in control, they choose to take Reiki and how long they take it for

Reiki is a complementary therapy and not an alternative to veterinary. Reiki promotes the body's ability to self heal and boost wellness as well as:

• Give a greater feeling of well being

• Helps relaxation

• Helps a peaceful transition for animals ready to pass over

What Will Happen in the Session

We will have an initial consultation at no charge, during this time you will be asked why you are seeking Reiki and you will tell be about your animals habits, behaviour and medical issues, you will tell be about their temperament and character, along with any other information you think will be useful.

If the session is carried out in the animals home, I will take a little time to gain his/her trust and during this time I will decide if a hands on or hands off approach will be better.

​

Your animal will feel no discomfort, they may feel some mild tingling, warmth, coolness or maybe nothing at all. Some may be happy to just lay a distance away, others may come close, some even offering the sore parts to the hands.

​

The session will last from half to one hour depending on how much Reiki the animal chooses to have, they are always in control.

How Many Sessions Will Your Animal Need

Every Reiki session will make a difference, but a course of regular treatments can be more effective, these can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, we will discuss this in the initial consultation and it can be reviewed as necessary.
