All About Me

Hello and welcome, my name is Tracy and in 2016 my life was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with stage 4b cancer, after being told I had minimal chance of survival rather than wallow in self pity, I decided to take the bull by the horns and do everything I could to live.

I was facing a gruelling five months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, that was bad enough, but then you add in all the side effects, worry, stress and anxiety that goes hand in hand with the treatment, I thought I needed to do something to make it all easier. So I decided to go down the holistic pathway.

I chose several therapies that I thought may help me, that could run side by side with my medical treatment,  every three weeks I would have hypnotherapy, each week I had Reiki healing and a massage and I did daily meditations.

​

To my surprise I sailed through my treatment, I had no major side effects, I was happy most of the time and I was out enjoying myself on the week-ends with my husband, all things considered life was pretty good really.

​

Three months after the end of my treatment I was told my cancer was gone, woohoo. It was then that I decided to follow my heart and put my experience to good use, to help others the way I had been helped.  So I trained and became a Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and a Hypnotherapist.

I have learned first hand of the benefits of Complimentary therapy both used individually and with medical treatment.

I am a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.

I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Complementary Therapist.
